Thank you so much for wanting to hold a fun event and donate the proceeds to Samaritan House. We will use your donation to support our San Mateo neighbors who are living in poverty. Your event could help fund a range of services across our organization and San Mateo County.

We have had help from individuals, family groups, schools, faith and community organizations and companies. You can use your imagination for your event. Groups have hosted a party style fundraiser, or donated proceeds from a sponsor-me event. We have even received donations from supporters who asked for a donation to Samaritan House instead of birthday gifts. Whatever you decide to do, Samaritan House will help you get started.

Samaritan House protects the use of our brand and logos to ensure the integrity of our organization. We are grateful that you understand this. Once we have received this, our Development Department will reach out to you to talk through the event. We want your event to be as successful as possible and can provide a “Toolkit” to help.
